Full Charge Bookkeeper


Bucket List Experiences a local tour operator is seeking a full charge bookkeeper to manage the 


Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • General Ledger Entries
  • Account Coding
  • Expense Account Administration
  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
  • Budgeting and Budget Administration
  • Financial Reporting
  • Contract and Document Administration
  • Payroll and some Human Resource Management
  • Administration and Organization of Cloud Based Files
  • Interfacing with Client and Partner Accounting, Business Management, and Business Affairs Departments
  • Administrative Project Management and Oversight


  • Has worked with Quickbooks online, Netsuite, and Web baed software
  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite for Business
  • Excellent Organizational Skills and Follow-up
  • Basic understanding of record label and publisher administrative procedures
  • Hospitality administrative or accounting experience is a plus
  • Experience with royalty accounting is a plus
  • Position is full time starting immediately. Health insurance is offered.

Compensation: $50,000-$75,000 (DOE)
